Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center is a designated Level IV Trauma Center. This classification allows us to receive and stabilize trauma patients, including those with life-threatening injuries or illnesses. Our Emergency Department operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and is equipped for helicopter transportation. Our team comprises board-certified emergency physicians, each with over 20 years of experience, trauma nursing core course certified nurses, and EMT-B/ER technicians. The Emergency Department features specialized rooms for cardiac care, trauma, orthopedics, pediatric trauma, and other medical cases. Inpatient hospital beds are available for patients who meet the criteria for admission. We also have supporting departments that provide Laboratory services, EKG, Cardiopulmonary care, and Diagnostic Imaging. Our physicians can assist by follow-up referrals if you do not have a primary care physician.
